Valued Girls To Compete In The Regional Women's Zonal Championship Slated For 9th - 17th October

 

The battle line has finally been drawn as the promising female football club dubbed " Valued Girls FC" is set to partake in the Regional Women's Zonal Championship.

The Eastern Region Female FC Champions had the opportunity to compete in this football event, after they emerged winners of the Women's Division One League which was held at Kibi Astro Turf.

As part of the strategic plans in continuing the event, the winner of the Eastern Region Women's Division One League is opportuned to continue to the Zonal Championship. 

Valued Girls FC in the competition is representing the Southern Sector of the Eastern Region. The aim of the Zonals Championship is aimed at selecting the best two teams to join the Women's Premier League.

Valued Girls is scheduled to compete with Five different female Football clubs from Greater Accra Region, Central Region, Volta Region, and the Western Region.

The football matches would be played at two different places including Madina AstroTurf, and McDan La Town per the table outlined in the below :

Valued Girls Football Academy has been in existence since 2009 with their home grounds as Kibi Astro Turf. The main representing Jersey colors are yellow and blue with its alternative colors to be Green and black.

The well recognized Female F.C nicknamed "One Spirit" is coached by Paul Amponsah who works hand in hand with the captain called Mary Amponsah.
