CREAT YOUR OWN JOBS TO BECOME ENTREPRENEURS..... MR VICTOR ATSU ADVISED YOUTH.*

Mr Victor Atsu Occansey, the CEO of Best Ophar Construction Firm has urged the Ghanaian Youth to make an effort to create their own jobs. Youths must  become entrepreneurs rather than to depend on government for employment opportunities.

Mr Victor Atsu Occansey, emphasized that, ''you should not think of obtaining salary only, but rather think of becoming enterpreneurs to open businesses for other to be employed."

He indicate that, ''to obtain your own business is more sustainable than depending on government for employment where salary is what sustains your living."

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Afia Frema, Mr Atsu said, ''globally, the rich people are  mostly private individuals who are entrepreneurs and such people are not from the public sector.

According to him, government alone cannot absorb the unemployment situation in the country hence, this is the time for the unemployed youth to endeavor to create their own businesses. They can acquire skills in the TVET space, this includes ; painting, masonry, carpentry, catering, plumbing and other entrepreneurial skills to make them self-reliant."

He stressed that, "they must do away with poverty aspirations that will blind them from seeing opportunities. Youths must grabbed all available means to pursue their dreams.

Mr Atsu therefore compared his life and said, ''I started my own business from painting and designing through which I now own a big construction firm, so I urged the unemployed graduates to accept the challenge to venture into employable skills and programs that will expose them into enterprenuership with major opportunities.
