GHANAIAN YOUTH MUST NOT KILL THEMSELVES FOR THE INTEREST OF ANY SELF-CENTERED POLITICIAN OR POLITICAL PARTY....... BAFFOUR TWUM BAWUAH I

Story Reported by Bright Adu

The Developmental Chief of Kade in the Person of BAFFOUR TWUM BAWUAH 1, stated in an exclusive interview that, "most often a country or community is basically developed by the youth when there's peace, unity and togetherness for a common purpose."

The expectations of the youth  sometimes become unrealistic because their dream between the ages of 16-25 is to become rich without any thought out plan or agenda.

The proper route to prosperity as a Ghanaian is to first, follow our culture of having respect for our parents and elders. This leads to good dialogue and proper communication between the youth and elders .

When there's discord between the Youth and Elders, they cannot understand what each generation wants and needs Where there's no understanding, there's no development. The examples of that are spread through our the world for us to see .

Education must also be taken seriously. Education is not just about classroom knowledge but very youth must work on acquiring employable skills and grow development of natural talents . Every developed community has a very industrious, vibrant, progressive and talented youth force .

Since his installation as the Nkosuo Hene of Kade, the basic ingredient he has sought is "Integration for Development".

Now that we are seeing resemblance of that within the Traditional council of Kade, we will begin to see accelerated developments in various sectors of the community.

Contrary to the economic story of the country, Ghana is a very wealthy country with several resources for development.

The first and best resource is us the people, which if integrated and harnessed properly, will lead to unprecedented growth in the country.

We are also blessed with good weather , rainfall, arable land for agriculture, extensive water bodies, which we must not destroy with bad mining practices. .

Water is life so if we treat our waters well there's so much to gain from it including various tourism projects . It must be every citizens wish that we safeguard our resources for the benefit of all. Ghana is for all of us , not just the rich, powerful or people in power .

In conclusion the Royal said the youth must not sell their integrity and future by accepting bribes from politicians for their votes , who when empowered will completely neglect them and not bring policies that have their future in mind . They must rather demand constructive progressive forward thinking projects and programs from them and hold them accountable. " Your future must be your goal " is what he advised.
